Summer is my favorite season of the year – lazy days of swimming, kids playing outside until 9:00 and not needing to set an alarm the next morning. Zack’s last day of school was yesterday (how is he already going to be in the 3rd grade?!?), and we kicked off summer with a bang last night. My kids are going to need mega showers this morning!
I love summer, but maybe not as much as these guys. In fact, I can barely think about summer without this song getting stuck in my head. It’s my favorite summer anthem, and it has been since I was in middle school.
Summer, summer, summertime. Time to sit back and unwind. I know that you wanted that Speed Racer t-shirt as much as I did back in the day.
When I was thinking about making a little printable to welcome summer into my home, I decided that I had no choice but to use their lyrics.
Cute, right? I’m loving the watercolor trend right now. For my home, I just printed it out on cardstock and hung it on the mirror in my bedroom with washi tape. So easy!
I have it sized so that you can trim it to fit inside of an 8×10 frame without losing any of the graphics if you wish, and it would look darling framed. I’d probably go for a silver or white frame myself.
Click here to download it for yourself now. How will you display this fun, free printable?

Great printable! Thanks Lindsay. I’m pretty sure that I’m going to put it somewhere in my daughter’s room for her to see when she comes home from her last day of exams on Monday!
Thanks again, and have a great weekend!
