I’ve made no secret about the fact that I hate to cook and bake. In fact, I’d much rather scrub the floors than cook a meal. True story. But, my family insists on eating, so I have to do it anyway.
Because of my feelings on the kitchen, I have several go-to recipes that are made just for people like me. I call them “Recipes for People Who Hate to Cook.” Quick, easy meals that your family will like – and you won’t have to spend an hour chopping up vegetables and looking for all of the parts to your food processor.
