Feature Wall Friday: Subtle Stripes

by Lindsay Ballard on June 7, 2013 3 Comments

Today’s edition of Feature Wall Friday comes from the talented Cate at See Cate Create.  She made over her bedroom (on a budget!) in the Jonathan Adler Happy Chic-ish style – one of my favorites!  She paired her bright patterned headboard with a subtle, tone-on-tone striped wall.

Cate’s entire room is really gorgeous, so please head over to her blog to see it and more images of the fabulous wall.  Her mix of color in the room is really great!

If you love the look of stripes but are afraid you can’t achieve perfectly straight lines, think again!  Here are two of my most popular posts about painting stripes:

  • How to Tape and Paint Crisp, Level Stripes

Have a great weekend!

Have you seen the new Jonathan Adler Happy Chic line at JcPenney? It’s really fun and priced great, too. I have a super crush on it all. http://www.jcpenney.com/dotcom/jsp/browse/category.jsp?id=cat1002350013

I absolutely love the chandeliers on the sides of the bed!! Are they DIY as well? I’d love to get instructions to make them.
