You Have a Friend in This Month’s House Beautiful Magazine

I might have bought five copies of the September 2013 issue of House Beautiful.

Even by the cover, you can tell that this issue rocks.  It’s all about the awesome use of color and highlights the upcoming color trends.  This is one of those magazines that I’m going to read cover to cover.

But that alone is not why I bought five copies.  Instead, it was what was on the very first page that piqued my interest.

Bam!  There I am.  I’ve been working with Glidden on some projects in addition to writing for the My Colortopia blog, and I’m thrilled that they are using my office transformation in this month’s issue of House Beautiful.  It even has a multimedia component where you can scan that orange circle with your mobile device and see a video hosted by yours truly on choosing paint colors for your home.

This summer, I worked on a series of videos for Glidden with quick painting tips and tricks.  I’ll share those with you when they are all available.  Last year, I was featured in another series of Glidden videos, and you can see those below:

Thanks to all of my friends who shared this layout with me via Facebook and Instagram.  It’s fun to be “famous,” even if it’s just for a month.
